@adjustheight<value>=force
Sets the AvatarHoverOffsetZ debug setting raising or lowering the avatar.
<value> is divided by 100 then applied to the debug setting. This allows for fine adjustments to be made with fewer characters when represented as a string ("3" becomes "0.03", 1 character vs 4).
Set AvatarHoverOffsetZ to 0.030
