RLVa OOC Chat

Chat placed in double brackets is often referred to as OOC chat, it has a special function with RLVa in so far as it is ignored.

((This is some OOC, Just going to dump it here and let you gawp at it))

There is no RLVa command that can counter or block OOC chat.

This is intentional and ensures that a person can always communicate out of character in local chat regardless of what RLVa commands are in force.

An RLVa Configuration Option allowing a person to manually opt out of all OOC communications is provided and will both prevent sending and reading OOC chat.
