Mouselook (hotkey M) has not been changed from the Linden viewer default.

How do I move my cursor?

If you hold ALT your cursor will be free and wont turn your avatar. You can then manipulate viewer UI elements, HUD's or in world objects.

Why am I unable to touch objects?

Sometimes an attachment that grabs your movement controls (such as an AO or Translator) may prevent you from touch activating objects (such as doors). Recommended that once you have determined which attachment is causing the problem that you seek a script update from the creator.

(In addition to vehicles, taking movement controls is a method to allow a worn scripted attachment to continue running on parcels that have been set 'no-script'.)
